Litéra® deal to license SSLPost patented secure email delivery technology - 08 July 2011

GCRYPT, a UK company that specializes in providing encryption software has agreed to license its patented secure email and secure document delivery technology to Litéra.

Under the terms of the agreement Litéra has an exclusive license for sales and marketing of SSLPost secure email in the United States and Canada and a non exclusive license for the rest of the world.

In addition, Litéra has also acquired U.S. Patent Application No. 11/134951 and Canadian Patent Application No. 2,569,761 for encryption and decryption technology utilized in the SSLPost secure email product.
