Summary
We can also provide your business or organisation with an Employee Self-Service portal, which is a secure online payslip archive. This is a great way to store past payslips so that employees can retrieve back copies themselves as and when they need to, without disturbing the HR or Payroll teams.
Each month we take your payroll data, break it up to individual payroll accounts (usually in line with your employee/payroll number) and send a copy of the payslip to the individual employee archive accounts.
To access current or past copies of payslips all the employees have to do is set up an account (using their payroll number and a couple of security questions), and create a password. Then each time they want to view their pay details they can gain access to their own personal online payroll portal.
