It is a single or multi-user web access account, allowing you to send up to 12,000 encrypted emails per user per annum.

This includes FSA regulated businesses, accountant practices, legal firms or anyone who needs to make sure that they can protect their customer’s information.

What is included

A single or multi-user user web access account so that you can log into our web email and send encrypted email whenever you need to.

We can provide access to our Microsoft Outlook plug-in so that you can send SSLPost emails without having to log into a separate account. Once installed it sits as an extra button in Outlook, which you click on for each email you want to send securely.

SSLPost Professional includes full customisation so that your company branding is added to your emails and web pages, so you can retain a professional company image.

We will set up all your user accounts, send welcome emails and support your employees in getting started. We will also send welcome emails to your recipients and provide any assistance they need in setting up their password protected accounts.

Secure Reply

It is free of charge to receive and open an SSLPost email. If you want your recipients to reply securely we will simply allocated this against your usage account. However, if your recipients want to send secure emails to other people or colleagues then they will need to open an account with us separately.

We work with leading software, document management and CRM providers so that you can integrate SSLPost Professional into your usual business processes.
