  Email Compatibility Issues

This table lists known issues with opening an encrypted message with different email clients.

Yahoo! Mail

Decode button does not display on large messages.

Save the attachment to disk and open the file in your browser manually.

Outlook Web Access

Decode button takes you to the login page.

To prevent Microsoft Exchange from corrupting the message, go to your user settings and elect to receive the message as a ZIP file.

Grey padlock in the bottom right corner. Also, the location bar turns yellow.

Internet Explorer

Up the top, to the right of the location bar.

Safari

Grey padlock in the top right of your browser.
