Cashback rewards for those day-to-day essentials
As a recipient of ePayslips, you can have free access to MyPayRewards; featuring over 50 major High Street retailers. By using pre-paid Gift Cards for all your purchases you can earn cashback of between 4% and 15%; saving you around £600 per year!
MyPayRewards at work
Kate shops at Asda every week and uses M&S and Burtons for clothes purchases. Kate registers with MyPayRewards and orders three cards – one for each retailer. When she gets paid, she follows the links from her ePayslip and loads the Asda card with £200 to cover her grocery shopping. She loads the M&S and Burtons cards with £50 each to cover the cost of new school uniforms and holiday clothes.
All three retailers then add their cashbacks to Kate's cashback account automatically. Kate earns and additional £14 by being part of the MyPayRewards scheme and she transfers this to her Asda card to pay for treats.
Kate goes shopping and uses the cards to pay for her purchases. In Asda, her card is worth £214 and she spends it all. In M&S, her purchase was £60 so she pays the difference with cash and her card is empty. In Burtons, her purchases were £45, so her card covers the cost of the purchase and she has £5 remaining on her card.
Kate tops up each card as and when she plans a shopping trip, using the links on her ePayslip or direct through the MyPayRewards website

MyPayRewards charge a monthly membership fee of just £1.50 and as this is taken out of the Cashback you've already so there are no more fees to pay. This membership fee is only charged if your account has been active in the last three months; for example, if you have ordered cards, loaded funds or redeemed your cashback. How does it work?
- Register & receive a card for your selected retailer
- Load the card by transferring funds to the card via mypayrewards.com or by following the links on your ePayslip or ePortal page
- Cashback will be automatically added to your cashback account
- Transfer the cashback to a card or save for a special occasion
- Visit the participating retailer and use your card to pay for goods
- When funds are low, top up your card and benefit again and again
