If you have received a secure email from SSLPost and you are having trouble decoding the message, please check the compatibility notes below:
Email Compatibility Issues
| Client | Issue | Resolution |
|---|---|---|
| Yahoo! Mail | Decode button does not display on large messages. | Save the attachment to disk and open the file in your browser manually. |
| Outlook Web Access | Decode button takes you to the login page. | To prevent Microsoft Exchange from corrupting the message, go to your user settings and elect to receive the message as a ZIP file. |
Browser Compatibility Issues

| Safari | Decoded messages are saved as "sslpost.dll" | Open the saved file with a text editor to view the message. |

Locating the Browser Padlock
If you have trouble verifying that your connection is secure, check below to determine how to locate the browser security padlock.

| Firefox / Mozilla | Grey padlock in the bottom right corner. Also, the location bar turns yellow. |
| Internet Explorer | Up the top, to the right of the location bar. |
