Q. Who do I advise if I want to change the email address where I receive my secure emails?
Send an email to persons name/administrator giving the details of the new email address to be used.
Q. What do I do if I cannot remember my password?
As you need to enter your password each time you log on to SSLPost to access your secure email, it is important that you create a password that you can remember! However, in the event that you have for some reason forgotten your password you should click on the "Forgotten Password" button and follow the on screen instructions or alternatively, send an email to persons name/administrator.

Please email person’s name/administrator, state your name, company name and follow the instructions provided in the reset email they will send you.
Q. Why am I asked for a Pin Number?
You have clicked on "Public Computer" rather than "Personal Computer" on the sslpost log in screen. Please try again, this time clicking under the login for "Personal Computer".
Q. Where is my secure email, How do I see it?
Your secure email is attached to the actual email you were sent from company name; please click on the attachment/zip file, to access your information..
Q. I am using Virgin Webmail (blue yonder) & cannot open my secure email?
If you right click the attachment/zip file and save it to your desktop, you will then be able to access your secure information.
Q. I am having difficulty seeing images or have not received my secure email?
In order for employees to access their secure emails without incident, please ensure the following:
- That your email system allows HTML attachments
- That the employee can access the following website: http://secure.sslpost.com (the IP address is 213.253.22.90)
- To prevent missing images on the login page or when resetting your passwords, you will need to amend your firewalls, to allow further sites associated with sslpost, which host a lot of their static content. Please also open up access to:
