Our client sought a provider that could address three core challenges: staff across multiple working environments, data security, and convenience.

With single-sign-on already in place, the solution needed to seamlessly integrate into their existing security practices. The nature of the work demanded that employees be able to access their pay documents whenever and wherever they needed them. There was also a requirement for a communication method that was highly secure and could not be intercepted or opened by non-authorised actors.

The Solution

The ELMhub ePayslip solution, combined with secure email, was the ideal fit for their needs. It not only gives users 24/7/365 access to their PAYE information, but also offers the flexibility to add new features as their business evolves. Epayslips and P60s are now posted directly into their employee’s personal, secure ELMhub for view and download.

The secure email solution delivers a user-friendly, non-disruptive experience, with enterprise-grade encryption applied both in transit and at rest. Implementation was smooth and straightforward, with administrator training and user support delivered in a clear, intuitive format that ensured rapid adoption across the organisation.

The client opted to add Single Sign On to their solution to match their existing security objectives regarding access and convenience.

The Outcome

Users love the notifications feature; letting them know when a new document has been posted and is ready to view. They can securely view everything, anytime and anywhere, via an intuitive web app which has been very useful when off site.

Secure email has provided a solution to protect private and confidential email exchanges from interception or unauthorised access. Send and post-send activity can be monitored both for pay documents and secure email, enabling administrators and users to manage document exchanges effectively.
