Burnout can be really difficult to quantify as it’s classed as being a ‘subjective’ syndrome.

We can all feel stressed or overwhelmed at work, have sleepless nights, or feel like work is dominating our lives, but this is usually temporary as we’re working to certain deadlines or have seasonal busy periods.
